Chechy & Occo Bouquets do not offer refunds. All sales are considered final. No credit store or refund will be issued. Exchange of products may apply.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. This policy only applies to our synthetic rose products.
Our Exchange Policy lasts 7 days starting from the day the order is delivered. If 7 days have passed by since your order was delivered, unfortunately an exchange cannot be granted.
Eligible products to be exchanged must be returned to Chechy & Occo Bouquets in its intact original packaging, free of any sort of dirt and odor, and in the same condition that product was received.
Chechy & Occo Bouquets only do exchange of the same size, color, and product originally purchased. We do not make exchanges for different products, sizes, and colors.
Lost orders due to incorrect address input by the customer, or postal office are not subject to be exchanged or replaced for such reason. This also applies to delayed orders.
To exchange a product, send us an email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with an address for products to be mailed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
To complete your return, please write the order confirmation number on the subject line pertaining to the order that contains the product to be exchanged.
Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to exchange their order, and to receive the exchanged product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 3-5 days for exchanged products to be shipped. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
